How much are tickets?

When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be sent via e-ticket to your email address. For any ticketing or booking queries, please contact info@livepromotions.co.uk.
I have not received my ticket yet?
Please check that first of all, the email hasn’t ended up in your spam folder. You will need to make sure the email address – email@livepromotions.co.uk is not marked as spam on your email settings or in fact blocked altogether.
Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Are children free?
Under 5’s are free of charge.
How many people does a Family ticket include?
Day Tickets: 2 Adults & 2 Children (5-15 Years)
Camping Tickets: 2 Adults & 2 Children (5-15 Years) OR 3 Adults

If the event is rescheduled, what happens to my tickets?
Your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.

Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?
We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been rescheduled, in which case your tickets will be transferred to the new date. As per our terms and conditions, we don’t offer refunds on our event tickets. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets.
Facilities:
Is there a cash machine onsite?
Yes, there will be a cash machine on site at the event.
Is there disabled access?
Please be aware that event fields and concert arenas are predominantly on undulating grass surfaces, and the wearing of appropriate clothing and footwear is strongly advised. Wheelchair users should be accompanied by a strong companion.
Is there any mobility hire available?
There won’t be any mobility hire available at this event.
Are there any crèche facilities?
Not at this event.
What is the medical/first aid procedure?
Please advise an onsite steward marked in a high visibility vest or with the company uniform of any incidents. Alternatively visit the main gate/event control.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes, there will be a wide variety of catering units available across the show.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes.
Travel and Car Parking:

Is there a car parking charge?
Yes, £5 per vehicle will be charged on the day
Is there parking for Blue Badge Holders?
It is mandatory that all showgrounds have a disabled car park, please show your Blue badge on arrival to the showground to gain access.

What is the Main Arena schedule?
Please see what’s on page for details, a schedule will be posted nearer the event date.
Other:
What are the show opening hours?
Saturday: 9am - 5:30pm (Evening show in LRO Live Action Arena Time TBC)
Sunday: 9am - 4pm

What time does the camping gate open?

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, but dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Owners must clean up after their dogs.
Can I take pictures/videos at the event?
Yes! Please share them with us on our Facebook Page. However no drones may be used during the show.
If it rains will the event still go ahead?
Yes, the event will go ahead in the rain so please come prepared with a waterproof cover.
I have an important question that isn’t answered here in the FAQ’s, so who can I contact?

Will there be a contact point regarding lost property?
Enquiries can be made to: info@livepromotions.co.uk, please put ‘Lost Property’ in any email subject box and detail in the email the property lost, at which show and relevant contact details. If any property handed in matches the description provided you will be contacted accordingly.
