Bushcraft at the LRO Show

Bushcraft is about surviving and thriving in the natural environment, and the acquisition of ancient skills and knowledge. The experts from Fenland Bushcraft are coming to the show to demonstrate a variety of some amazing bushcraft skills. Join Andrew and his team for a bacon butty as they show you how they set up camp from ‘Harry’ the Defender. You’ll learn the safe use of cutting tools and how to use them to prep your wood for fires. Watch and have a go at one of their fire-lighting demos, where you’ll learn both modern and primitive fire-lighting techniques. You’ll also be able to pick up tips and advice on the essential kit you really need to take with you on camping and expeditions. Come and see them in action on the LRO Stand.

With 60+ Land Rover clubs at the show, you're bound to find one representing your area or favourite model, so make sure you go for a good walk round and see them all. Clubs dedicated to single models, such as the Land Rover Series One Club and Series 2 Club, have large stands so you can check out a wide range of classics and chat to owners about the pleasure - and sometimes pain - of Land Rover ownership. And the Range Rover Register and Discovery Owners' Club always have a bevvy of beautiful vehicles on display. If military vehicles are your thing, check out the ex-military area.
