To ensure our visitors can make the most of the 2017 Show, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers. 1. Is car parking free?
Yes and there is also a special Land Rover only car parking area. These will all be clearly signed posted as you enter the showground.
2. Is there disabled access?
Yes there is. Please show your blue badge on arrival to the showground to gain access to this designated area. Bookings cannot be made in advance.
3. What are the show opening hours?
Friday: 12noon - 9pm.
Saturday: 7am - 9am (Camping ticket holders only) / 9am - 5:30pm (Day ticket holders)
Sunday: 9am - 5pm
4. *Are children free?
*Yes if the child is under 5 years at the time of the event and is accompanied by a paying adult.
5. Are there any concessions?
6. How many people does a Family ticket include?
2 Adults & 2 Children (5 - 15 years).
7. Is there an electric hook-up for caravans on the campsite?
No - there is no electricity available on the campsite. Diesel and LPG Gas generators are allowed.
Event programmes are free. They will be distributed at the show and are also available from all ticket booths, and from the LRO stand.

10. What is the Medical/First Aid procedure?
Please advise an onsite steward of any incident. The First Aid office located opposite Main Gate 3 in Event Control.
11. Are dogs allowed?
Yes, but please can they be kept on the lead at all times.
12. Where are the nearest toilets?
There are numerous toilet blocks located around the showground and these will be highlighted on the show map. Our friendly stewards will be situated around the site to help respond to any queries you may have.
13. Is there a bus service to the showground?
Yes. More information will be revealed in the new future.
14. Where is the showground?
The East of England Showground is easily accessible to visitors travelling by car, public transport and train. The showground’s full address is:

15. Is there a cash machine on site?
Yes there is a cash machine is located in the atrium in the Peterborough Arena and under the main arena grandstand.
16. Where is the nearest shop/centre?
There is a convenience store under the grandstand at the show. Alternatively there is a 24hr Tescos and shopping outlet at Serpentine Green, Hampton, Peterborough PE7 8BE. To more information as to how to get there, click here.
17. Can I take pictures/video at the event?
Yes and we'd be delighted to receive them too! Share them with LRO on our Forum, Facebook, Twitter or You Tube.
18. What is the Offroad Course address?
Tixover is an old quarry located just of the A47, close to Duddington where the A43 and A47 cross. The site is mainly sand, with some very deep sections of water and a lake. Approx. one third of the site is known as the "Clay Pit", very sticky and should only be attempted by suitable vehicles! Access is via a short section of unpaved road off the A47, please avoid going through Tixover Grange due to the residents.
Facilities include: Car park (sand/stone), burger van. Closest petrol station and shop is Morcott (3 mile east) or Wansford (8 mile west, 24hr)
