All Live Promotions shows are split into clearly defined areas and LRO Show uses this successful format.

The show features different 'Areas' from clubs and autojumble, to industry exhibitors (i.e 4x4 related) and General Trade (i.e. non 4x4 related). Each different section will have it's own area. This means easier navigation throughout the show for visitors and allow people to find the stand / exhibit they want easier and quicker. <click here to see show plan>

The event attracts approximately 15,000 visitors over the show weekend. Exhibition rates are extremely competitive and you can apply for a stand quotation by completing the online details.

The show features a huge exhibition at the East of England Showground and off-road course at a nearby site. This course is designed by Protrax legend 'Vince Cobley' (www.protrax.co.uk). You can book 1/2 hour sessions on the off-road course or a 4-hour off-road super pass.

Show times are 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

There is space for more than 30 clubs at the show and if you have a club and would like to display at the show you can download our club form. Applications must be accompanied with details of your membership numbers and if possible a copy of a recent newsletter.
